Journals, Questionnaires ...etc that you supply remain yours, you may request an archive of your data by visiting the Contact page and requesting as such.

Data supplied may be used within the VMOSA network of applications however no data is sold or traded to anyone outside of the VMOSA network.

When logging in or registering via social authentications (Google, Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter...etc), VMOSA only obtains the following information:

• First and Last Name
  • Access once during registration, added to the user profile information
  • Used in various locations throughout the VMOSA system for display purposes
• Google Calendar - Read and Write Access
  • Create reminders in your Google calendar directly from journal entries.
• Google Spreadsheets - Read and Write Access
  • Journals will be importable from a specific spreadsheet obtained from us. At the time of this writing this option is not yet open but access is requested for the new feature coming soon.
  • Write Access is needed to copy the public template we have to your drive.
• Google Drive - Read Access
  • Journals can be imported from Google Documents as entries
  • Journals can be imported from Google Takeout archives obtained through Drive.
